Had a leaky wall in the kitchen where I called DNA Plumbing; they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Notifications and communication were letting me know when the team would get to my house. Checked the pipe pressure, opened up walls to make sure there was no pooling of water, and found that the dishwasher had a hole in the return hose. Had the team make sure the kitchen was up to code and replaced the disposal system to make sure everything was properly warrantied. Overall long day but at least the house is dry now.

The team at DNA Plumbing Services has many 5-star ratings and I am adding another well-deserved 5-star review to their list. I called for help at 8:45 a.m. this morning and in less than one hour a technician was onsite ready to tackle our plumbing issue. Andrew and Cody were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They offered several solutions for accessing the water leak within the wall and provided recommendations on how to prevent future issues. Not only did they repair the leak, but they replaced the cartridge in the shower valve too! No more dripping shower faucet! You can tell that this crew really cared about the customer. Even the access hole they cut was clean and perfectly square, which makes the repair much easier. They cleaned up when they were done too. Thank you, DNA Plumbing Services, for a job well done! I found myself with two problems, a leaking toilet, and the water supply lines to the bathroom sink were leaking as well. I have been waiting for another plumber, but he never showed. I called these guys and they said, "Sure, we can help. In fact I'll have somebody there in 2 hours." And they were! It wasn't exactly cheap, but it wasn't nearly as expensive as the last time that I called the plumber either. These guys are great. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a huge water leak that was destroying my yard. They came, and bless their hearts, they were up to their knees in mud. They dug to find my system, and I had multiple leaks. They worked hard to replace the 2 lengths of pipe that had eroded away over the years. The taller man was very kind, funny, and professional. He really knew what he was doing, and stayed on task. I appreciate the team that came out, and they did a great job!
