This was my first experience working with DNA, and I can confidently say that Wes Hart was extremely professional. He carefully assessed our 21-year-old system with two 100-gallon boiler tanks. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and respect for our space—they wore shoe covers before entering our two-story building and worked with great care throughout the visit. They took the time to listen to my needs and thoroughly evaluated options, including the possibility of reusing the chimney, pipes, gas line, and water line. They provided three well-considered proposals tailored to our situation. I would highly recommend DNA for anyone looking for reliable water heater solutions.

I called on a Saturday for issues with my hot water having a reduced flow. I got an appointment made and repair done in the same day. The 2 technicians were wonderful, professional, and very quick to resolve my issue. I am very happy! One piece of feedback. Have some common issues with their remedies documented or available for customers to try and address themselves. If the customer is not comfortable or unwilling to do them, then a service call would be appropriate. In my case, I could have done the steps myself, with some guidance on what to check. It would have made me even happier and saved some money. Just wanted to pass that along.

We recently had an issue with a Rheem tankless water heater during extreme cold weather. While the situation itself was complicated, what really stood out was how the owner handled it. He listened carefully, acted fairly, and went above and beyond to make things right. The team was responsive, professional, and ultimately did excellent work.
