My kitchen sink was backed up and I couldn't figure out why. I tore apart my whole setup under the sink, replaced the old p-trap, and even snaked the main line and still no luck. I called DNA, who sent out Miguel Jimenez the very next day. Miguel was polite, professional, and was able to fix the issue, which was a blockage in the main line. He even told me how to go about fixing it next time in case it happens again. At no time did he try to upsell on anything; he just answered my questions, completed service promptly, and gave me some tips and tricks before departing. He really went above and beyond. I'd recommend DNA for all my future plumbing needs. They also have a military discount!

Had a major clog in our kitchen and laundry room, and we couldn’t get our last plumber to come out day of. They wouldn’t even pencil us in for next day because it “wasn’t convenient for them.” So we called DNA Plumbing and they were available to come out day of, and they were very customer friendly and did great work. Turned out the clog was much worse than we expected and after they finished and left, we noticed it was backing up again. We called DNA back and the same guys were back within 20 min to finish the job. Very happy with the service and price point. Definitely using DNA again.
