Great experience from start to finish. Zane and Billy were on time, professional, and kept everything clean while they worked. We had been struggling with getting hot water to different parts of the house, and they took the time to really understand the issue and explain a solution. They installed a recirculating pump on the water heater, and it’s made a big difference. Everything was handled smoothly, including scheduling the follow-up. Couldn’t ask for better service.

This was my first experience working with DNA, and I can confidently say that Wes Hart was extremely professional. He carefully assessed our 21-year-old system with two 100-gallon boiler tanks. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and respect for our space—they wore shoe covers before entering our two-story building and worked with great care throughout the visit. They took the time to listen to my needs and thoroughly evaluated options, including the possibility of reusing the chimney, pipes, gas line, and water line. They provided three well-considered proposals tailored to our situation. I would highly recommend DNA for anyone looking for reliable water heater solutions.

I called on a Saturday for issues with my hot water having a reduced flow. I got an appointment made and repair done in the same day. The 2 technicians were wonderful, professional, and very quick to resolve my issue. I am very happy! One piece of feedback. Have some common issues with their remedies documented or available for customers to try and address themselves. If the customer is not comfortable or unwilling to do them, then a service call would be appropriate. In my case, I could have done the steps myself, with some guidance on what to check. It would have made me even happier and saved some money. Just wanted to pass that along.
