Hadn't been in my new home 24 hours until disaster struck—plumbing backing up and flooding an area. On a Sunday morning, DNA Plumbing to the rescue! Not only did they clear the blockage (10 in. ball of baby wipes), something to which I should have been previously informed of if the home inspector had done his job correctly, but they also repaired the wax ring that was causing a leak. The response was fast to my emergency (appreciate that!!!), the employees were very polite and completed both jobs quickly (I was in panic mode and can't remember their names, sorry), and the price paid was very reasonable, especially since it was a Sunday morning. I would not only use them again, but I also recommend them, especially if in a pickle with your plumbing :)

Great experience from start to finish. Zane and Billy were on time, professional, and kept everything clean while they worked. We had been struggling with getting hot water to different parts of the house, and they took the time to really understand the issue and explain a solution. They installed a recirculating pump on the water heater, and it’s made a big difference. Everything was handled smoothly, including scheduling the follow-up. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Very happy with my services. Brandon M. showed up exactly when he said he would and within the allotted timeframe. He and his helper were so cordial, polite, clean, professional, and even fun and actually safe too. We talked, chatted, and hung out at the repair site while they worked, and the repair took less than an hour, and I’m telling you they went above and beyond because, one, Brandon fixed my leak with pride and was honest in the pricing. I love that from a company worker like this. And two, the entire interaction was the most seamless I’ve ever seen in many, many years all the way from the initial phone call with setup and scheduling. This was my first experience working with DNA, and I can confidently say that Wes Hart was extremely professional. He carefully assessed our 21-year-old system with two 100-gallon boiler tanks. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and respect for our space—they wore shoe covers before entering our two-story building and worked with great care throughout the visit. They took the time to listen to my needs and thoroughly evaluated options, including the possibility of reusing the chimney, pipes, gas line, and water line. I called on a Saturday for issues with my hot water having a reduced flow. I got an appointment made and repair done in the same day. The 2 technicians were wonderful, professional, and very quick to resolve my issue. I am very happy! One piece of feedback. Have some common issues with their remedies documented or available for customers to try and address themselves. If the customer is not comfortable or unwilling to do them, then a service call would be appropriate. In my case, I could have done the steps myself, with some guidance on what to check. It would have made me even happier and saved some money. Just wanted to pass that along.

We had a city inspection for a commercial building, and one of the backflow valves would not test out, we found out today. The company that did the testing referred us to DNA Plumbing. We called today and registered our account, and today at 2:00 p.m. a DNA person looked at our plumbing backflow problem and within 5 minutes gave us a quote and ordered the parts for us. We are scheduled with DNA to repair the plumbing on Monday. The DNA employee was very knowledgeable and professional in every way. We will definitely call them again!
