This was my first experience working with DNA, and I can confidently say that Wes Hart was extremely professional. He carefully assessed our 21-year-old system with two 100-gallon boiler tanks.
I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and respect for our space—they wore shoe covers before entering our two-story building and worked with great care throughout the visit. They took the time to listen to my needs and thoroughly evaluated options, including the possibility of reusing the chimney, pipes, gas line, and water line.

Zane and Billy did an excellent job replacing the vanity faucet, supply lines, and shut-off valves. Since the original setup was all done in copper pipe, I didn't want to mess with it. They were very professional, helpful, and provided great customer service. They had the job done the same day I requested service. DNA is the one to call when you need a plumber.

I called on a Saturday for issues with my hot water having a reduced flow. I got an appointment made and repair done in the same day. The 2 technicians were wonderful, professional, and very quick to resolve my issue. I am very happy!
One piece of feedback. Have some common issues with their remedies documented or available for customers to try and address themselves. If the customer is not comfortable or unwilling to do them, then a service call would be appropriate. In my case, I could have done the steps myself, with some guidance on what to check. It would have made me even happier and saved some money. Just wanted to pass that along.
