Cold water pipe corroded to where multiple failures in the under-slab copper line required an above-ground replacement. Jacob, DNA lead plumber, coordinated the excavating, pipe replacement, backfill, and concrete patch. He kept us informed of the work's progress. (No water was on inside the house; only the front hose bib gave water during the 6-day-long repair.)

I called to have DNA Plumbing come out for a clogged kitchen drain. We noticed that one of the pipes was corrugated flexible pipe, which isn’t correct. DNA called and had a cancellation, so was here about an hour after I called. They fixed the minor clog, and I am having them come back to repipe under the sink correctly. All of my family members use DNA. Very good company.
