I had a great experience with DNA Plumbing, Heating & Air. From the start, they were proactive in reaching out to me directly to understand exactly what I needed, especially since I was looking to install some specific Aquor spigots.
They were very transparent with pricing and came out ahead of time to confirm everything before moving forward. No surprises, just clear communication the whole way through. Kamren and his partner came out about a week later, completed the installation, and the quality of the work really stood out.
The spigots came out looking clean, flush, and professionally done—exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they take pride in their work.
I’ll definitely be using them again for future needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

I called DNA this morning to see if they could fix our outdoor faucet that was dripping. The phone was answered right away. I was given a time for 4–6 p.m. today, but was told if they had a cancellation they would call and come earlier. I received a call around 12:30 stating they had a cancellation and could they come now. Miguel was here within 20 minutes. He gave me a quote upfront. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work. I now have a new faucet and am happy it was fixed before the weather gets bad.
