Zane and Billy did an excellent job replacing the vanity faucet, supply lines, and shut-off valves. Since the original setup was all done in copper pipe, I didn't want to mess with it. I have used DNA multiple times—for both emergencies and just regular problems. I’ve been pleased with them every single time. Their plumbers are always very respectful, informed, willing to share their knowledge, and never ever push you. $260 is their current flat rate to come out to the house, and I find their prices to be a value to the service. They have always been able to get to me very quickly. Today when I called, I learned that they had a new air-conditioning service; I will definitely be using them in the future. The girls on the phone are always nice and respectful; Chloe was super helpful today. I really, really, really liked Jacob, my plumber—very knowledgeable and respectful. His coworker, AD, was very nice as well. They always are kind to the dogs and are quiet and respectful as I work from home.

Hadn't been in my new home 24 hours until disaster struck—plumbing backing up and flooding an area. On a Sunday morning, DNA Plumbing to the rescue! Not only did they clear the blockage (10 in. ball of baby wipes), something to which I should have been previously informed of if the home inspector had done his job correctly, but they also repaired the wax ring that was causing a leak. The response was fast to my emergency (appreciate that!!!), the employees were very polite and completed both jobs quickly (I was in panic mode and can't remember their names, sorry), and the price paid was very reasonable, especially since it was a Sunday morning. I would not only use them again, but I also recommend them, especially if in a pickle with your plumbing :)
