We’ve used DNA Plumbing for a few different issues, and we’ve had great service each time. Most recently, Miguel and Jimmy helped fix a leaking water line. After locating the problem, Miguel made sure to thoroughly explain our options. He communicated frequently over the next few days as his team replaced the line and got our water flowing once again.

Just wanted to update my review based on the outstanding service I received from Jack (Owner) who promptly responded to my review. He acknowledged the lack of communication was concerning and he would address it with his staff. Additionally, he thoroughly explained the problem and what it would take to repair it. During the entire process, he kept us informed. I'm changing my review to a 5 star based on Jack's superior service. The main purpose of this review is to get the attention of the business owner(s). On Friday, March 10, my husband resolved we had a plumbing issue because there was standing water in the front yard and flowerbed. After researching for a reputable plumber that can provide 24-hour service, we decided to go with DNA Plumbing. We contacted them and placed a service call and were informed that a plumber would be out and we would receive a text when they were on their way. After waiting several hours and no text, the plumbing crew showed up at 12:30 a.m. (early morning). After their initial assessment, we were informed that the main water line was cracked, and it could be resolved for 1k. After further research, we were informed the problem was more severe, and additionally, the underground water lines were cracked and needed to be replaced, and it would cost 4k. Work wasn't performed because it would require a crew to dig up the ground. In the meantime, we had no running water and were under the impression the repair would be done on Saturday between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Without water, we waited all day Saturday, and finally, a plumber showed up around 7 p.m. and informed us that the excavation crew couldn't dig in the dark. To no avail, we didn't receive the repair. However, we explained that we've been without water since Friday and needed some resolve. The plumber informed us he could run a temporary line from the main water valve, and that would restore water to our home. He informed us that the excavation crew would be at our home at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning. As I'm writing this review, it's after 12 noon, and no one is here to resolve the problem. Note: Anytime there has been communication, it has been initiated by us. It appears we are talking to a dispatcher. The main concern from the dispatcher is MONEY! The credit card is on file, and payment is of no issue. Communication is HORRIBLE! Being without a natural resource has been a major problem in my household. We care for my 82-year-old father-in-law and our 22-year-old daughter. Drinking, bathing, washing dishes, and flushing toilets are a necessity. We need water restored! We welcome a follow-up call from the owner(s).

Taylor came to our rescue this morning and was like a breath of fresh air and made us feel like we were in the best hands possible after we were stood up by American Home Shield and A-USAir. Taylor came in and stayed until the problem was resolved and didn't quit on us until the job was done. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his field.
