I contacted the company for a gas line repair, and I’m very pleased with the service I received. The technicians arrived promptly after my call and quickly assessed the work that needed to be done. They patiently answered all of our questions, clearly explained the repair process and the invoice, and then carried out the job efficiently and professionally. The team had to cut into the drywall to access the pipes, but they did so carefully and left the work area clean and tidy once the repair was complete. Although the company doesn’t handle drywall repairs, the section they cut was neatly done and can be easily fixed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism, transparency, and quality of work. Highly recommended!

Aaron and the crew did an amazing job fixing my gas line leak. I cannot be there in person, so Aaron has been very patient answering all my questions and sending me photos. They will also have a backfill team and drywall team coming back to fill the dirt, patch the concrete, and patch the drywall and paint. There was an unexpected pipe that was not installed correctly; they helped to replace that and covered the cost, and stuck with the original quote they gave me despite the extra work.

I’m the owner of The Hearthside Shop and Chimney Specialist. We needed our customer's gas line rerouted and a direct vent fireplace connected after we completed a remodel in Colleyville. I detected a small leak in our gas riser in the side yard. After calling Atmos to turn the gas off, I quickly found DNA Plumbing and had them out at 8 a.m. the next morning. They did a full pressure and leak test and confirmed the riser was the only leaking pipe. They went ahead and replaced the riser and coordinated with the city for an inspection. Miguel, Carlos, and Aaron all did a great job keeping me informed and discussing pricing ahead of time. I wasn’t really in a spot to get multiple quotes to fix this, but for how dangerous gas can be, I was pleased to have them take care of this for me.

We had a gas leak on a Saturday evening. DNA was able to send a crew within a few hours. They worked diligently, repairing the entire line, for several hours, till after 1 a.m. They were polite, competent, and appreciated any offer of generosity with complete gratitude (the temps dropped 20+ degrees and the area they were working in was basically a wind-tunnel; it had been 70 earlier and they were in hoodies, so I mothered them into borrowed coats and such and made a light dinner because they didn’t stop for food). They were respectful of my home and my sleeping children when they needed to enter the house. They explained each step of the way to me and got my approval for every cost before moving forward, and the overall price was less than I expected for such a large job; especially done on an emergency basis. The entire run, from ground to heater, was replaced behind my pool equipment. It required a trip to the hardware store as well.

Another update to my review — I had them come out another time this year to connect the gas to the furnace. Another great job and they took care of us very quickly with getting everything connected after the city did the permitting. I have had two experiences with DNA Plumbing. First, I had them replace a water heater and toilets for the same price that another company was going to charge me for just a water heater. They did a great job and were very helpful. If you supply the toilet, they will install it for a really good price. Second experience, I just replaced my gas line after a previous owner put a stake through the gas line. They were very good at trying to find a way to repair the leak instead of replacing the whole line. Ended up having to replace the whole line, which sucked but not in their control. After the job, the tech did a great job following up with my insurance company to make sure insurance provided what I was entitled to through coverage I added to the policy a few months ago. I hope I get to go a few years before my next plumbing issues, but I will be calling DNA when that happens.

I have used DNA multiple times—for both emergencies and just regular problems. I’ve been pleased with them every single time. Their plumbers are always very respectful, informed, willing to share their knowledge, and never ever push you. $260 is their current flat rate to come out to the house, and I find their prices to be a value to the service. They have always been able to get to me very quickly. Today when I called, I learned that they had a new air-conditioning service; I will definitely be using them in the future. The girls on the phone are always nice and respectful; Chloe was super helpful today. I really, really, really liked Jacob, my plumber—very knowledgeable and respectful. His coworker, AD, was very nice as well. They always are kind to the dogs and are quiet and respectful as I work from home.
