DNA was out quickly the same day I called for a water heater repair! It was under contract with Baker Brothers, who kept giving the runaround and was wanting to replace the entire unit. DNA ran a diagnostic test, got a code, and explained there could be four things wrong and he was going to narrow it down. He explained each one and found that the ignition coil wasn’t making a spark to light it. He gave us the estimate and said that he found the part 15 minutes away. They were in and out in about 1.5 hours. Incredible service by the technician! Highly recommend this company!

Whomever the 2 guys that came over were great. First was going to be the control section of the hot water heater for $675. They left to pick up parts and came back with also a thermocoupler, which they replaced first. It fixed it right up and saved me over $400 at $191 instead. Easy to respond with and loads of help.
