Very happy with my services. Brandon M. showed up exactly when he said he would and within the allotted timeframe. He and his helper were so cordial, polite, clean, professional, and even fun and actually safe too. We talked, chatted, and hung out at the repair site while they worked, and the repair took less than an hour, and I’m telling you they went above and beyond because, one, Brandon fixed my leak with pride and was honest in the pricing. I love that from a company worker like this. And two, the entire interaction was the most seamless I’ve ever seen in many, many years all the way from the initial phone call with setup and scheduling. Had a leaky wall in the kitchen where I called DNA Plumbing; they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Notifications and communication were letting me know when the team would get to my house. Checked the pipe pressure, opened up walls to make sure there was no pooling of water, and found that the dishwasher had a hole in the return hose. Had the team make sure the kitchen was up to code and replaced the disposal system to make sure everything was properly warrantied.
Overall long day but at least the house is dry now.
