Every customer that uses a company means they aren’t calling the company they used last time. More than likely for a good reason. That’s where I found myself yesterday. Any service company is only as good as the service crew that show up to do the job. Yesterday I found myself in a mess. Our sump pump that keeps my garage from flooding went out with a forecast of massive rain tonight. You guys were at my house within 2 hours and did a wonderful job. I have used DNA multiple times—for both emergencies and just regular problems. I’ve been pleased with them every single time. Their plumbers are always very respectful, informed, willing to share their knowledge, and never ever push you. $260 is their current flat rate to come out to the house, and I find their prices to be a value to the service. They have always been able to get to me very quickly. Today when I called, I learned that they had a new air-conditioning service; I will definitely be using them in the future. The girls on the phone are always nice and respectful; Chloe was super helpful today. I really, really, really liked Jacob, my plumber—very knowledgeable and respectful. His coworker, AD, was very nice as well. They always are kind to the dogs and are quiet and respectful as I work from home.
